Our luxury condominium sits in the heart of Los Suenos Resort, two minutes from the
marina, only 10 minutes from the enless summer surfing beach town of Jaco, Costa Rica and two scenic
hours from the international airport in San Jose. Our condo is quiet, secluded and features
ice cold central air-conditioning, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Why pay for an expensive
Costa Rica luxury hotel room? Our Los Suenos Costa Rica fishing resort condo rental is
about half the cost of the Los Suenos Marriott.
Costa Rica fishing is red hot! While you are our guests, our boat is your boat. You have
access to our Venture 34’ the Sails Call. Get on the bite when we take you
deep sea fishing, whether you want Blue Marlin fishing, Sailfish, Tuna, Dolphin (Dorado,
Mahi Mahi), Grouper, Snapper or Wahoo. Our crew is one of the top crews in the fleet. Our
captain is at your service during your stay for sportfishing, scuba diving, snorkeling or
sunset cruising.
Whale watching: Our boat uses special, quiet engines that don't frighten marine
mammals. We routinely have porpoises and whales swim right up to the boat for some
amazing photos.

Designed in stunning Spanish Colonial Architecture, our spacious 1900 square foot suite
sleeps six in a comfortable living space using a two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plan.
Our 2-bedroom secluded condo will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it’s
also perfect for two couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious
getaway for two. Enjoy sunsets or morning coffee on our covered terrace overlooking the
fairway and the lush, gentle slopes of the mountains encircling Herradura Bay. No smoking
in the condo, but you can enjoy your Cohibas on the patio. Children welcome, Los Suenos
is a family friendly location.
Rental car: Our Suzuki SUV is available for rental at attractive rates.

Our hi-speed internet connection is broadcast via a wireless hub in the condo. Bring your
laptop or PC and stay connected to e-mail and the web. Use our Vonage internet VOIP
phone for unlimited free calls to the US, Canada and Puerto
Rico.
Personal Masseuse- Enjoy your own, personal massage in the privacy of our condo.
Esther (on call) has phenominally talented hands, whether you want a deep tissue or
relaxing massage, she will amaze you. Enriched with precious ingredients from Costa Rica
and its rainforest, Esther's treatments are the ultimate indulgences.
Our guests enjoy the use of two swimming pools, fitness center, landscaped gardens,
barbeque areas, shade palapas and charming walking paths that meander alongside the

In the condo, we’ve thought of everything you might need.
Sleeps Six: The condo sleeps six, plus you’ll find two inflatable air mattresses and pump if you need additional beds.
Washer/Dryer: You can pack lightly because there is a washer/dryer in the condo so you can wash clothes during your stay (plus dishwasher, icemaker, full sized refrigerator/freezer).
Free Phone and Internet: You can make free phone calls home using our Vonage internet phone. Plus, folks can call you at the condo by calling a US number (Jupiter, Florida exchange). There is a wireless hi- speed internet hub in the condo, bring your laptop and you can access the internet.
TV and Music: There are cable TV and DVD players in the master bedroom and living room. Feel free to watch our collection of DVDs. There is a small stereo and CD player too. Bring your IPOD or MP3 player…they hook up to our stereo.
Pool and Barbecue Patio: Two pools are steps away, one for the kids and one for adults only. The adults-only pool features a swim up bar with its own ice machine. The Jacuzzi is built into the pool facility, and the BBQ grill is on the pool patio under the shade of the Tiki Hut.
Beach Club: The $3 million beach club is accessible with the passes we’ll leave for you. There’s a gorgeous white sand beach, pool and showers a short walk from the condo
